Brief.
Tell us what the piece is, what it needs to say, and where it will be printed. If a brand kit exists we start from it; if not, we build one first.
A confirmed brief: size, bleed, colour mode, content and printer specification.
HOW IT WORKS
Four stages. Agents do the preparation and production work; a designer reviews and you approve. Nothing is released without a checked file.
THE WORKFLOW
Select a stage to see what the agents do, what we ask of you and what the designer checks.
01 / BRIEF
Item, size, quantity, finish, content and who is printing it. Send your logo, brand guide and any printer specification you have.

The design agents produce layout options in your brand. You see them as proofs at the correct trim size with bleed and safe area shown.
Concept proofs for review, with the recommended option noted.
Choose a direction and mark your changes. Revision rounds are agreed in the brief. A designer refines the chosen layout and checks it against the print specification.
A revised proof and a designer’s pre-flight check.
You approve the final proof. We export press files, verify them, and send them to Mirai Printing, Mirai Visual or your printer.
Print-ready files, a review proof and the source artwork.
WHO DOES WHAT
The agents handle layout production, versions and export. A designer owns the quality decision on every file. You own the approval, and you receive the artwork.
